As a private dietitian with 15 years of experience providing professional nutrition and dietetics services, Sally takes a holistic, sustainable approach to coach her clients. She examines her clients’ health conditions, body composition, eating habits and lifestyle to determine the best treatment plans for them. She tailors unique meal plans that suit their nutritional requirements and lifestyle. She sees it as her mission to provide nutrition services that are not only bespoke but also innovative. She firmly believes that foods should be enjoyable, diets should be sustainable, and real food in balanced amounts is the best way to optimal health.

Experience
Sally established Personal Dietitian in 2010. She is currently Chairman of Hong Kong Practising Dietitians Union, Committee Member of PolyU Laboratory for Probiotic and Prebiotic Research in Human Health, Member of Board of Advisor of Love 21 Foundation, and Honorary Advisor of Cancerinformation.com.hk Charity Foundation.
Sally has 15 years of experience in dietetics. She provides medical nutrition therapy to individuals affected by various health conditions such as underweight, overweight (including bariatric surgery nutrition), hypertension, hyperlipidaemia (high cholesterol), diabetes, cancers, geriatric malnutrition, renal diseases, fatty liver, gout, gastrointestinal disorders, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorders, kids fussy eating, kids weight management, pregnancy and lactation, gestational diabetes and polycystic ovary syndrome. Recently, Sally successfully completed Monash University’s online training course: The Low FODMAP Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, with a focus on how to safely and effectively implement a low FODMAP diet in clinical practice.
Sally is experienced in community dietetic services. She provides dietetic services to China Coast Community, a residential care home for English-speaking elderly persons in Hong Kong. She also leads a community-based nutrition and exercise community programme for people affected by Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders or other intellectual disabilities at Love 21 Foundation.
Sally has been interviewed extensively in local and overseas newspapers, magazines, radio, and television. She writes a nutrition blog for Tatler Asia. She has also been invited to speak at various medical and nutrition conferences as well as public education seminars.
