“減肥從來都是每位女士的終身職業，未認識Sally 之前，跟很多人一樣，我試過服減肥藥，服藥有副作用，曾經在家暈倒，減完很快反彈過來, 還重過未減前，試過做gym做瑜珈，通通對我沒有效，好灰心。朋友說找營養師減肥，但提供的餐單不切實際，飲奶昔、食自己不喜歡的東西，難執行，而且未見有成績時營養師又會鬧，貼錢買難受，所以最終也減不成。我從來沒有想過找營養師協助減肥。

“My father has diabetes, gout and recently was diagnosed with lung cancer. During his cancer treatment we also discovered his renal functions were in very poor condition. So much so that we had to suspend his chemotherapy. He was losing weight quickly and going in and out of hospitals. We reached out to Sally after finding her on the internet. From the first phone call I was impressed with Sally’s attention to detail and comprehensive understanding. Even prior to our first face to face meeting she reviewed all of my father’s medical records and put together a well prepared plan. “I am from Argentina and have lived in Hong Kong for almost three years. I met Dietitian Sally Poon at the end of 2015. My main goal was to learn how to eat healthily. But her relaxed approach and determination with tailoring a realistic and ‘doable’ nutritional plan, led me not only to start eating healthily but also helped me lose 20kg in one year and a half. What appeared to be impossible was not at all! I am convinced that her success is based on the fact that she is not the type of dietitian that tries to make you become someone different from who you are, making you feel a loser that will never improve.
